We're delighted to offer both our valued INSIDER members and the wider audience a chance to win exclusive, limited-edition merchandise and unique in-game perks. 1. Organiser:

2. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to individuals who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. This giveaway is open worldwide, excluding areas of conflict or regions to which Weforge Studio Pty Ltd is unable to ship. Employees of Weforge Studio Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway begins at 12:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Sydney time on January 20, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM (GMT+10:00) Sydney time on February 12, 2024.

4. How to Enter:

Public Giveaway: Entries are hosted by Gleam.io. Participants are limited to one entry per person; however, additional entries can be earned by completing tasks such as following social media channels or sharing the giveaway, as facilitated by Gleam.io. The full terms of Gleam.io are available on the Gleam.io competition page.
INSIDER Members Giveaway: INSIDER members are automatically entered into a secondary giveaway exclusive to INSIDER members. No additional entry is required.

5. Prizes:

Public Giveaway Prizes:

  - Exclusive Updates, Playtests & Giveaways

INSIDER Members Giveaway Prizes:
- 1x INSIDER Hoodie
- 2x INSIDER Tee

Prizes are not refundable or exchangeable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be selected through a random draw. Winners will be notified via their provided email within 7 days of the giveaway's conclusion. Winners have 2 weeks to claim their prize; unclaimed prizes will be redrawn.

7. Data Protection:

Weforge Studio Pty Ltd may use personal data collected during the giveaway for purposes such as maintaining our Service, managing your account, fulfilling contracts, contacting you, providing you with promotional information, managing your requests, and for business transfers. Your personal information may be shared with service providers, business partners, affiliates, other users, and other entities as detailed in the provided data protection clauses of our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability and Law:

Participants agree that Weforge Studio Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Miscellaneous:

Weforge Studio Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. This giveaway is solely in support of Macabre, a game developed by Weforge Studio Pty Ltd, and is not affiliated with any social media platforms used to promote it. The giveaway is facilitated and streamlined through Gleam.io for the public giveaway, whereas the INSIDER members giveaway is an exclusive benefit for the INSIDER community.
